Mark brings twenty-five years of commercial, clinical, and operational leadership experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics and Life Sciences industries to his current role as President and CEO. He has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering transformative results, driving better corporate earnings and improved patient outcomes.

Before joining WPI, Mark served as President and CEO of the Americas at Sebia, Inc., where he led commercial and clinical strategies to expand the use of protein separation technologies in cancer diagnostics. His extensive experience includes global executive and commercial leadership roles with industry leaders such as Roche Diagnostics and GE Healthcare
Mark began his career in sales and marketing, holding both individual contributor and leadership roles. He was then promoted to executive roles with broader functional responsibilities, including operations, finance, quality, and regulatory. At Roche Diagnostics, Mark led a $600M division before transitioning to the private equity sector, where he successfully turned around distressed companies such as Sebia and WPI. He reset foundational elements of these businesses, including culture, structure, and process discipline, and built high-performing executive teams. Mark consistently delivered on financial objectives, meeting revenue and earnings targets
Mark holds a BA in Business and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. He is currently completing an Executive Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from George Washington University
