Ezio is an experienced general practitioner with a wide array of legal experience dealing with all manner of high-level legal issues for various sized companies. In his career, Ezio has been a partner at several large regional law firms, served as the Assistant General Counsel for a $5 billion publicly traded company and has been the managing principal of Thrasher Dinsmore & Dolan.
Ezio acts as the outside general counsel for several companies, advising and representing them with all varieties of legal issues including but not limited to contracts, real estate and litigation. Due to his fluency in Italian, Ezio has also developed a sub-practice representing the U.S. operations of Italian-owned companies, functioning as their outside general counsel.
