Jaime began his career as a stock clerk in Boca Raton, Florida, in 1981 for a service company that performed multiple trades. He advanced to the position of Controller and transitioned into operations in 1993. In 1997, Jaime joined a national consolidator and was instrumental in growing the company to $300 million. In 2004, he purchased N&M from the consolidator and grew the company from $1.9 million to $39 million by 2019, when it was sold to a private equity firm. Currently, the company's value is more than double since its sale in 2019.
Jaime started in Operations in the Home Services Business and then transitioned into Accounting and Finance. He has extensive experience in call center management, dispatch, fleet, purchasing, and warehousing. From 1997-2004, Jaime managed multiple businesses across the US with Blue Dot, part of a utility that consolidated in the industry, handling multiple brands in various states
