Signet Capital Advisors Expands Footprint with the Opening of Two New Offices

CLEVELAND, OH – January 14, 2026 – Signet Capital Advisors, a middle market investment banking firm with headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio, is excited to announce two new office openings effective January 1, 2026.  The two new offices are located in West Palm Beach, FL and Rome, Italy.

West Palm Beach, part of the South Florida demographic, has seen tremendous growth in population, the number of employees, the number of middle market operating companies, and the number of professional service firms such as law firms, accounting firms, and wealth management firms.  Signet will offer its investment banking services to company owners and management teams seeking to realize liquidity from their business, grow through acquisition or capital expansion, or to otherwise recapitalize. Leading the West Palm Beach office are Brian McMillen and Scott Smyers, both of whom reside in the area and are Signet veterans.

Signet has also identified a growing opportunity in the Italian market as middle market company owners begin to age-out and seek non-traditional succession options for their businesses or to gain entry into the U.S. market.  Leading the office in Rome, Italy is Tracy Roberts, the former U.S. Consul General to Italy.  Tracy will leverage her long-standing and deep business relationships throughout Italy to introduce Signet as an advisor solution to these company owners.
